The goal: articulate a vision for an entirely new neighborhood and create a brand campaign compelling enough to lease 500 apartments on the edge of town. The timeline: 6 months, start to finish. Our concept for The Modern at Art Place is built on the “Make it Yours” tagline, which invites prospective renters to engage with the robust art program planned for the building. The result is an exuberant digital and print campaign that presents a bold vision for the neighborhood.
