Branding Iron partnered with Virgin Trains USA (aka Brightline) and Bozzuto Management to develop a memorable brand campaign for Park-Line Miami. Comprised of 800+ apartment units in two towers (delivering within 6 months of each other), ownership needed a campaign that would differentiate the property amidst a sea of luxury offerings.
With evocative interior design (by Stantec Miami), two acres of outdoor space, unprecedented amenities (like a half mile running track) and unmatched transit, the property had a lot to promote. Leading with the tagline “Run It, Rock It, Love It, Live It” our team sought to create a memorable, bold and globally influenced campaign that reflects the interiors & appeals to a broad audience.Patterns inspired by the Park-Line logo’s linear motif, as well as the multiple train lines that run through the property, evoke momentum and energy. Gold textures and a die cut brochure cover imbue the print collateral with warmth and luxury.
To demonstrate the sheer volume of amenities at Park-Line Miami, we developed the pitch of “Life, Exponentially Better”. As potential renters explore the property through its website and brochure, the features and amenities that are revealed seem to increase at an exponential rate. The result is a robust campaign that clearly outlines how renters get more amenities, elevated services and unprecedented access at this property in the heart of Virgin MiamiCentral.
