The Republic is a newly renovated apartment building on the funky edge of Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square. Targeting millennials, the campaign is designed to feel fun, hip, a little cheeky and decidedly un-stuffy. The brand campaign emphasizes the benefits of living near Philadelphia’s coolest spots: speakeasys, bespoke boutiques and Shake Shack. The logo evokes a vintage label, while the brochure takes its inspiration from a deck of cards. Design elements like modern stamps, layered craft paper, rich wood and a poppy teal/yellow color palette give a friendly, but cool vibe.
