Loren apartments in Falls Church, Virginia were named for Loren Pope, an American writer who grew up in the area. In 1939, Pope wrote a letter to renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright asking him to design a house for his family. Wright accepted the job and went on to create a house that was later praised as a legacy to the nation.
The brand campaign for Loren embraces the boldness of Pope, the brilliance of Wright and the understated coolness of Falls Church: a unique location where “the unexpected is waiting to be explored”. You’ll see this spirit evidenced everywhere throughout the property—beginning with the logo which is inspired by Wright’s iconic leaded glass. Working in tandem with Stantec’s Interior Design team, we’ve ensured that every detail– from the brand typeface to the lounge artwork – has been carefully considered and artfully curated.
